Sound is a vibrational sonic healing tool which can help re-attune your energetic frequency. Originally used with meditation in Asia – typically with Himalayan Singing Bowls or Tibetan Bells – this therapy has only recently been brought to the UK, but it is said to help both emotional imbalance and physical illness.
Nicole experienced this personally at Mind, Body Spirit festival with a lady called Nikki Slade and was astounded at how it instantly relieved her neck tension – it was difficult not to investigate it further! She trained intensively in Somerset to be able to offer this therapy to her clients.
Available as either an individial one-to-one hour-long therapy, or as a Sound Bath group workshop, ‘Sound Therapy’ can be used to try and address all sorts of symptoms (particularly stress-related): tension, chronic pain, arthritis pain, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, stress, depression, anxiety, infertility, and anything that involves an over-worked nervous system – Irritable Bowel Syndrome, for example! It can balance the emotions and it moves you through your energetic blockages – whether physiological or mental/emotional – helping to heal mind, body and soul – at the very least restoring a sense of calm and relaxation.
All you have to do is wrap up in the warm, lie down and breathe, surrounded by the beautiful sounds, whilst we cocoon and bathe you in the tuneful beauty of gongs, drums, bells, singing bowls, tuning forks and the human voice, taking you on a journey to inner peace and harmony.
